During the ongoing crypto rally, Google searches for "buy Bitcoin" have skyrocketed worldwide, with the United Kingdom witnessing an astonishing 826% surge in searches over just one week.

Research conducted by Cryptogambling.tv revealed the remarkable surge in "buy Bitcoin" searches in the UK, signifying the growing interest and potential impact of traditional financial institutions in the digital assets realm.

While the UK led the surge in search queries, other web users worldwide have also shown increased interest in purchasing Bitcoin. In the United States, searches for "should I buy Bitcoin now?" surged by more than 250%, while more niche queries such as "can I buy Bitcoin on Fidelity?" witnessed a remarkable 3,100% increase in the past week.

Additionally, the search term "Is it a good time to buy Bitcoin?" experienced a worldwide gain of 110% within the same period. Notably, searches for "BlackRock Bitcoin ETF" also jumped by 250%, reflecting broader enthusiasm for information related to BlackRock's pending spot Bitcoin exchange-traded fund (ETF).

This surge in interest aligns with Bitcoin's significant price increase over the past two weeks, briefly surpassing $35,000 on October 24, marking the first time since May 2022. The optimism surrounding the approval of a spot Bitcoin ETF has been a key driver, as many anticipate it will trigger a new wave of institutional buying.

During this period, Bitcoin's price has surged by more than 27%, based on TradingView price data.
